Mission, then model, then token

A requester funds a mission. Hunters and agents deliver. Validators release $POD for the rows that pass. The requester trains on exactly those rows and publishes the model here with its full data lineage. When it is ready, it launches as a token on Stonks Exchange, and the people who collected the data are on record.
