Mission brief
Street-level signage with diacritics (Portuguese, German, Polish, Czech) is under-represented in OCR training sets: hand-painted fonts, weathered signs, odd angles. Photograph signs, transcribe exactly (with diacritics), tag the sign type and lighting. No faces, no license plates.
