Robot Arm Failure Logs
Real failure events from industrial picker arms, with sensor context and resolution.
Mission brief
We are training a failure-prediction model for warehouse picker arms and we are short on real incidents. Each item is one failure event: what the arm was doing, the sensor readings in the 10 seconds before, the error code, and how the operator resolved it. Logs can be anonymised; we need the shape of the failure, not the site. Synthetic rows will be rejected. If you operate arms or have access to maintenance logs, this is for you.

Every item must include all of these keys.

Error code must be a real vendor code (e.g. KUKA, FANUC, UR). Sensor context must include at least joint torque or motor current. Resolution must be a free-text action, not "restarted".
