Photo must be a real handwritten grocery receipt (not printed/thermal), taken in focus, well-lit, flat or minimally curled, full receipt visible edge-to-edge in frame, JPEG/PNG at least 1200px on the long edge. No duplicate receipts (same store+date+total combo rejected on resubmission). Transcription must match handwriting exactly including abbreviations, one row per line item, prices as decimals (e.g. 3.99), totals must arithmetically reconcile with summed line items within $0.05 or a note explaining discrepancy (tax, discount). Store name and date required if legible; write 'illegible' if not. Personal info like phone numbers or loyalty card numbers must be cropped or blurred out.
